This Web Site, tokyohobby.net, ("Site") is hosted by Tokyo Central Hobbies and its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, " TCH "). By using this Site, you agree to be legally bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement"). Please read these terms carefully. We may, from time to time, modify the terms of this Agreement. When we make changes, we will post those changes here. Your use of the Site following any such modification constitutes your agreement to the terms of the modified Agreement.
General
All sales are final and subjected to terms and conditions stated here. These products have been manufactured and sold pursuant to the laws and relevant regulations of Japan and based upon societal attitudes towards toy guns, etc. in Japan. No warranty is provided that these products comply with the laws and regulations of any other countries. Buyer accepts full responsibility for the importation and use of these products. Buyer accepts responsibility for using the products according to the safety recommendations of TCH manufacturer's documentation and customer's local and federal government laws. TCH will not compensate any damages and you agree not to claim any damages from TCH or its subsidiaries, affiliates and partners under any circumstances.
Liabilities
Buyer is responsible for use of product and all importation, custom duty, tax and legal matters.
Product Service & Warranty Policy
Due to distance involved to various countries and the nature of the product TCH is unable to provide warranty for the products. Our products do not have international warranty from the manufacturer nor us. In case of exception to this term, a notice will be posted in the product information.
Children
Due to popularity of airsoft guns among underage population it is important for parents to realize responsibility for purchasing airsoft guns for children. TCH does not sell products for purchase by children. However, some of the products may be children's products for purchase only by adults. Local regulations vary by city, region and country. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the participation of your parent or guardian.
Shipments
The general shipment preparation time from the time of verifying payment is up to 14 working days. Order preparation time is subject to change without prior notice and can be affected by stock availability, manufacturer production schedule changes, payment verification delay, mismatching payment amount and modification needs of the product.
There is a waiting period for all orders regardless of order type.
EMS shipments are insured automatically. In the event EMS shipment is lost, or its contents are stolen or damaged while being handled by the post office, full compensation will be provided by the Japanese postal office. Buyer is responsible for importation and possible custom duties.
Order cancellations
All sales are final after payment has been submitted. You can cancel your order before submitting payment, but cancellations are NOT accepted after order payment due international refund bank transfer costs.
Cyber defamation, slander and libel
Because of the uncontrolled nature of Internet TCH has policy against cyber defamation. Buyer agrees not to post any information which is detrimental to the reputation of TCH on any medium whatsoever including, but not limited to, the Internet, or to any person or organization, and shall not induce a third party to do the same. TCH will pursue damages in cyber defamation, slander and libel incidents to the full extend of the law.
PRIVACY
Please review our privacy policy, which also governs your visit to the Site, to understand our privacy practices. The terms and conditions of our privacy policy are incorporated herein and made a part of this Agreement.
