I placed an order or sent you a message, but have not heard anything from you (or I only received automatic message)
Missing order confirmation email
If you did not receive order confirmation email with all the details of items purchased please check your
spam/junk email folders, as normal email such as ours will get directed there from time to time. Please
make sure that your settings allow mail from our domain (the division where you placed your order at).
If you still have missing email please contact us at

No reply
If you have not received reply to your email inquiry within several working days please make sure to have
our domain in your spam filter allowed domains list, as normal email such as ours will get directed there
from time to time, and then email our Customer Service at
