The spent cartridges eject like real along with firing smoke and sparks. Firing sound is quite loud and real-like but not too loud to disrupt the firing experience. The construction is also highly realistic as Hudson Thompson M1A1 uses full metal and real wood materials. Strips like real Thompson.
