Follow-up update regarding earthquake of March 11th: As mentioned in our previous blog update, we have continued with the work to establish shipping facility outside Tokyo to ensure uninterrupted services that might occur while Japan recovers from the disaster. It is expected to begin shipments tomorrow and we will continue to assess the situation whether it will be made permanent shipping facility. Some shipment delays might occur during this transition period.

Product related information: Major manufacturers and suppliers of airsoft and model gun products have not suffered facility damage, but disruption to production schedules might still occur. Please also kindly note that our product suppliers are not located in Fukushima or its nearby prefectures, but in far away areas.

Earhquake Update March 22nd

We’d like to thank everyone who has shown their concern and support to us and the people of Japan in general. The situation is gradually normalizing outside tsunami-hit areas and initial supply hoarding, but concerns over Fukushima nuclear plant remain although situation there is stabilizing. EMS and other shipments to overseas are currently delayed due to congestation at customs in Tokyo area. In concern of the overall situation and to ensure uninterrupted service we are soon starting shipping facility outside Tokyo. Therefore, at the moment our customer support and shipping are expected to be delayed for slightly longer. Further update will be posted as soon as this work has been completed.
